Awareness Team
At Purple Clouds, your safety, well-being, and enjoyment are our top priorities. Our dedicated Awareness Team is here to ensure that everyone feels welcome, respected, and protected throughout the event.
This page provides an overview of their role, how to identify them, and how they can assist you.
What we are doing
The Awareness Team is a group of well prepared, empathic volunteers and staff members available to help resolve conflicts, address concerns, and provide support in challenging situations. They are here to make sure everyone has a positive experience while upholding the core values of Purple Clouds: inclusivity, respect, and community.
For us it's very important to provide a safe-space for everybody at the festival. This festival has zero tolerance for hate, harassment, shaming in any possible way or wrong behavior. The Awareness Team is there to help you with such topics.
As a simple example; You have a panic attack because you get overwhelmed by the amount of people and you need help to calm down. The Awareness Team is there for you! Or someone gets touchy with you and you clearly said "No", the Awareness Team is there!
This also means that we encourage you to be aware of others! Have a look around and if you see someone struggling or in need of help, search for the Awareness Team.
