As of now, we are not able to provide day tickets.
Unfortunately, Purple Clouds does not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, it will be possible to transfer your ticket(s) to another person. The owner of the ticket(s) as well as the new owner(s) need to send us an email to tickets@purple-clouds.de.

Campsite
The campsite is available in all Festival Passes.
You donβt have to buy a separate ticket for the campsite! Entrance to the campsite is included in every festival pass.
The campsite is right next to the festival site. A detailed map with different areas of the campsite will follow later.
Donβt set up your tent wherever you feel like: follow instructions from the campsite staff.
Electricity and power sockets aren't available on the campsite. We recommend you bring a power bank. Generators are not allowed due to legal reasons.
Showers are available for the entire festival time. It is usually very busy in the morning and around noon, so it is recommended to shower outside of this time window to avoid queues. Also: BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS! We can not provide any towels onsite.
We can provide a small amount of campervan spaces! These will be available through the registration.

Dresscode
You have a special outfit which might cause trouble? Please reach out to us! And don't be shy :3
We would like to ask you to not wear spikes or any sharp objects. You are also not allowed to wear any discriminating clothes, uniforms, etc. Other than that you can wear or not wear whatever you like to as soon as you enter the festival area. However, some things are not allowed, according to our Code of Conduct. Outside of the festival area you need to wear your clothes.
The Awareness Team is there to help you, if you have any trouble at the festival. Harassment, Stalking, Zero-Respecting people and such things will be handled by the Awareness Team. They are available during the entire festival time and you can find them by looking at the neon green armbands. You can find more information here: Awareness Team
Of course! This festival is free of any old-school dresscodes where you have to hide parts of your body. You can be free and celebrate you and yourself as you want. Keep in mind that people and official photographers take photos and videos of the event.
As this topic comes up in several chats and discussions, we want to make it clear from the beginning. This festival is based on the thought of freedom of expression. This includes ABDL. People wearing diapers should not be an issue at all! To not offend others though, please try to keep them odor-free and dispose them properly and descrete in the bins. Do not throw them around or dispose them in the nature or campsite!
Most parts of the festival area are free areas where you can wear or not wear whatever you feel comfortable with. However, we have a few spots where we cannot make this possible due to multiple reasons. You can find those areas on the Travel & Camp page.
